Today we have the pleasure of presenting the Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 41 in its purest configuration: on a triple-link Oyster bracelet, with a smooth bezel and a blue dial with baton markers. The essence of Datejust, in blue.
A visit to our Authorized Rolex Petite Geneve Petrovic boutiques in Budapest, Belgrade or Porto Montenegro is the best way to first-handedly experience the remarkable versatility of the Datejust collection. Alternatively, browse the Datejust collection on our website, here.
In this multiverse of elegance and everyday wearibility, the Datejust takes on many styles, all in an effort to perfectly suit one’s tastes and preferences.
Today’s Datejust 41 in blue takes all aesthetic and functional elements of the Datejust and boils them down to their essence.
Starting with the dial, we are greeted by the straight-forward and highly legible layout of 10 baton markers, the Rolex Crown at 12 o’clock, and the defining feature, the date and its cyclops magnification at the 3 o’clock position.
All applied dial components, as well as the hands are crafted from lustrous 18kt white gold and all, with the exception of the seconds hand and the Rolex Crown, are filled with Rolex’s luminous Chromalight material to aid visibility in the dark.
The bezel replaces the iconic fluted design — available exclusively in variations of 18kt gold — with a smooth bezel crafted from Oystersteel. Polished to a deep, highly reflective surface, the smooth bezel beautifully frames the dial and establishes its connection with the polished upper lugs and bracelet center links. Angled steeply downwards, it appears to place the blue dial and all its elements on a pedestal, situating it in the center of attention.
The recently updated Datejust 41 case features ever-so-slightly narrower lugs that lend a yet more gentle profile to this model. Water resistance remains an impressive and ample 100 meters, thanks to the Oyster case construction and Twinlock screw-down security crown.
A perfect integration with the Oyster bracelet ensures optimal wearing comfort as well as an arguably sportier look, when compared to the five-link Jubilee bracelet design.
A folding Oysterclasp traces the triple-link design of the bracelet and hides a 5mm Easylink comfort extension link to further enhance comfort and adaptability.
Powered by the latest generation Manufacture Rolex Caliber 3235 allows for an extended 70-hour power reserve, outstanding -2/+2 seconds of daily accuracy and the coveted Superlative Chronometer certification that testifies to each individual Datejust 41 having passed not only the independent COSC chronometer tests, but also Rolex’s extraordinarily thorough and demanding in-house quality control tests, addressing power reserve, accuracy, water resistance and automatic winding efficiency.
We would be delighted to assist you in finding the perfect-for-you Datejust model in our Authorized Rolex Petite Geneve Petrovic boutiques in Budapest, Belgrade and Porto Montenegro.
