Among the goldsmiths and experts in the field of gemology mark 4C represents the first step in determining the quality, the reference mark, which is necessary for the assessment and certification of diamonds.

The Carat (carat - weight), Color (color), Clarity (purity) and Cut (grinding) are among the main characteristics of each diamond, which have a major impact on the evaluation of diamonds. These parameters are symbolically marked with the initial letter, so they are internationally represented with the designation - 4C.
